3. The "Client-First" Exception: As a high-touch consultancy, client requirements may occasionally dictate presence at client sites outside of this framework.

Keep your digital calendar updated with your location and availability blocks.
Virtual Presence:
"Cameras on" is not a default or mandatory for internal and client meetings. It's not about your look, but the content in you.
Equity of Experience:
Whether in the room or on the screen, every voice carries equal weight. Meetings are "hybrid-optimized" with digital whiteboards.
Hyper-Responsiveness:
We utilize Slack/Teams for agile communication, maintaining a high standard of responsiveness during core business hours.
The Hot-Desk Culture:
Our physical office is a collaborative hub. Desks are unassigned via our internal app to encourage cross-functional networking.
Digital Home Office:
Coogan Woods provides a standard stipend for ergonomic home setups and high-speed internet to ensure your remote environment matches our professional standards.

Afternoons are reserved for learning, development, and clearing the inbox.
The Right to Disconnect:
We respect boundaries. Unless it is a mission-critical "Red Alert," communications sent after 7:00 PM do not require a response until the following morning.
